Process

I use a CNC Plasma cutter to cut the metal for my sculptures. The Plasma cutter is a Hypertherm 65. The CNC table is by ShopSabre made in Elko Minnesota. It can cut a 4' x 8' sheet of steel up to about 1/2" thick.

The designs are drawn in a computer and transferred to the ShopSabre which will follow the design while cutting the steel. The size can be scaled to the size you want.

My sculptures are either left unpainted to rust naturally or painted in any color you choose. Transportation and installation are by arrangement.
